We are going beyond City requirements to improve traffic flow, enhance safety and eliminate hassle:

IMPROVED ACCESS INTO WESTFIELD FASHION SQUARE

A new, signalized entrance on Riverside Drive will provide:
  • Left-turn arrows in and out of the center
  • Increased left turn-lane car capacity
  • A dedicated right-turn lane eastbound on Riverside Drive into the center
  • Balanced exiting traffic flow with left-turns and right-turns onto Riverside Drive

BETTER TRAFFIC FLOW ON- AND OFF-SITE

  • An unimpeded road through the Center from the Riverside Drive entrance to the Hazeltine Ave entrance will offer safer and more efficient on-site circulation
  • Signals at intersections around Fashion Square will be upgraded with a state-of-the art synchronization system that will facilitate traffic flow on area streets

ENHANCED PARKING FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

  • A new five-level parking structure will replace the existing two-level parking structure adjacent to Macy’s and will be terraced back from Riverside Drive
  • The new parking structure features extra-wide parking stalls, state-of-the-art lighting and security features
  • Rooftop parking above the new retail space will feature Sky Lobbies allowing direct elevator access into the center
  • Approximately 4,875 parking spaces will be provided – 1,000 more spaces than exist currently
