The DEIR sets forth a proposal and alternatives that meets the demands of our customers, responds to our neighbors, and provides the benefits desired by our community. The proposed project includes a 280,000 square foot two-level retail building with roof-top parking and adds one level of subterranean parking that is accessible from a reconstructed tunnel off of Riverside Drive. CLICK HERE FOR OUR LATEST PLANS The alternatives range from variations of the 280,000 square foot version, to a reduced project of 235,000 square feet, to a 190,000 square foot open-air retail promenade at the back of the center.
